Tubua, fort de sa vaste exp\u00e9rience et de son leadership dans les questions de changement climatique, a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u \u00e9clairant du premier bilan mondial, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l&#039;Accord de Paris.\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des principaux th\u00e8mes de la s\u00e9ance \u00e9tait la double approche \u2013 descendante et ascendante \u2013 n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre les objectifs climatiques. M. Tubua a expliqu\u00e9 comment le bilan mondial s&#039;inscrit dans les objectifs plus larges de l&#039;Accord de Paris.
