Seth Osafo. Lors de la session #2 de notre s\u00e9rie sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, M. Osafo, s&#039;appuyant sur sa vaste exp\u00e9rience des n\u00e9gociations sur le climat depuis 1991, a explor\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9volution d&#039;accords cl\u00e9s : la CCNUCC, le Protocole de Kyoto et l&#039;Accord de Paris. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1992 avec une participation mondiale, la CCNUCC visait \u00e0 stabiliser les concentrations de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Le Protocole de Kyoto (1997) qui a suivi a impos\u00e9 des objectifs de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions aux pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, tandis que l\u2019Accord de Paris (2015) repr\u00e9sente un effort historique pour lutter contre le changement climatique.
