Bien que ces communaut\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent de pr\u00e9cieuses connaissances traditionnelles, elles rencontrent des obstacles pour adopter des pratiques durables telles que l\u2019agriculture biologique et la production de biogaz, ce qui accro\u00eet leur vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. Avec le soutien du iGST West African Hub, le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9silience climatique en proposant des formations, en encourageant la plantation d\u2019arbres et en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable et aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renforcer la r\u00e9silience des communaut\u00e9s en proposant des formations sur les pratiques d\u2019agriculture biologique et d\u2019agroforesterie, garantissant une gestion durable des terres et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance au bois pour la cuisson en formant 10 m\u00e9nages \u00e0 la production de biogaz et en installant des cuisini\u00e8res \u00e0 biogaz, favorisant ainsi l\u2019utilisation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Att\u00e9nuer les impacts du changement climatique en plantant des arbres indig\u00e8nes, en am\u00e9liorant la biodiversit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9questration du carbone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau et lutter contre le stress hydrique en installant un forage \u00e0 pompe manuelle dans la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Okposi Umuogharu, garantissant ainsi un approvisionnement en eau fiable pour les besoins quotidiens et agricoles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agriculture durable dans la r\u00e9gion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation aux pratiques d\u2019agriculture biologique et d\u2019agroforesterie am\u00e9liore la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, favorise la gestion durable des terres et augmente la productivit\u00e9 agricole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9forestation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9nages passent des combustibles ligneux aux po\u00eales \u00e0 biogaz, r\u00e9duisant ainsi leur d\u00e9pendance aux ressources foresti\u00e8res et diminuant les \u00e9missions de carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la biodiversit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plantation d\u2019arbres indig\u00e8nes am\u00e9liore la biodiversit\u00e9, soutient les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et contribue \u00e0 la s\u00e9questration du carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acc\u00e8s fiable \u00e0 l&#039;eau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;installation d&#039;un forage \u00e0 pompe manuelle offre \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 d&#039;Okposi Umuogharu un acc\u00e8s durable \u00e0 l&#039;eau
